An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Operations Manager to work for a leading global Financial Services organisation in Edinburgh.
Change Management or related Project Management experience with a proven ability to work on own initiative to deliver optimum business solutions. Process modelling through the use of analytical tools and structured analytical techniques. Understanding of Project Management Frameworks, documentation standards, Project Lifecycle planning. Competent use of project tools e.g. MS Project. Competent use of Microsoft Office.
Skills :
Strong verbal communication skills and the wherewithal to communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
Evidence of strong written ability.
Emotional intelligence to work effectively within the team and with external parties to a high quality.
Self starter with ability to think for themselves and deliver the requirement to the required level of quality without close supervision i.e act as a sub-workstream lead
Ability and rigour of approach to work within an ambiguous environment.
The role is focussed on people (colleagues, training customers) and communications workstreams and previous experience in this area would be desirable.
