We are currently recruiting for a leading financial organisation, which operates UK wide and is a market leader when it comes to expertise and success.
This PMO Analyst role will involve providing support to the PMO Manager in the creation of key documents and reports, engaging with project delivery teams to ensure compliance, Providing support to Project Managers with the day-to-day running of project admin tasks and ensuring each project is complying with guidelines as defined by the Central PMO. The role will involve leading a PMO team, owning day-to-day task management and providing people management development.
The following skills are required -
* Proven experience of supporting medium sized projects and programmes.
* Good working understanding of the Retail Banking Industry.
* Demonstrable Programme Management experience covering, risks, issues, dependencies, status reporting, milestone tracking, interpreting plans, managing change requests.
* Ability to communicate at executive level and comfortable communicating with senior programme leadership.
* Experience of managing multiple stakeholders including business, technology, property.
* Experience of understanding and tracking project performance through Key Performance metrics.
* Proficient in MS Office (Including PowerPoint, Excel).
* Experience of using MS Project helpful.
PRINCE 2 or equivalent.
