Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Client Services Consultant. This is a Full-Time role but on a Permanent basis, located in Edinburgh. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00PM-17:00PM. Salary £20,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to client queries for this successful investment firm as well as feedback by telephone, email and secure messages, ensuring the highest possible levels of client service.

General Responsibilities & Duties:

* Responding to incoming client emails, secure messages and telephone calls, ensuring timely follow up as required
* Ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
* Liaising with the back office, Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and the Digital Operations team to ensure client/account issue resolution
* Troubleshooting and providing feedback for the development of the website and service
* Escalation of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction to the Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and Compliance Department as required
* Other Client Service functions as they arise

Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:

* The ability to handle client queries, troubleshoots, make decisions, take initiative to improve the service and resolve problems.
* The job holder requires a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail.
* You will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
* The job holder will be able to prioritise effectively and provide thorough and timely follow-up to client queries and administration.
* The job holder will require excellent verbal and written communication. In particular, the ability to use client friendly language both in verbal and written form is important.
* The job holder will need the ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines, a resourceful, flexible and conscientious approach to work and, crucially, the ability to work as part of a team including the willingness to work overtime on occasion, if required.
* A good understanding of UK markets, ISAs and SIPPs as well as a sound understanding of investment administration systems and processes, a broad knowledge and understanding of applicable FCA rules and a sound knowledge and understanding of the investment products offered under the our client's service.
