Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee Project Administrator. This is an entry level Full-Time role, located in Edinburgh. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 08:30AM-17:30PM. Salary circa £15,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be working alongside and providing full administrative support to the Project Administration team within this successful company. This is an entry level role with excellent scope for progression.

General Responsibilities & Duties:

* Providing full administrative support to the Project Administrative team.
* Acting as a first point of contact for the department.
* Handling all telephone queries.
* Filing for the department.
* Processing
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post including booking couriers.

Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:

* Entry level role however prior experience in a similar role advantageous.
* Good multi tasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good numeracy skills.
* A desire to show initiative and be pro active.
* Good team player.
* Organised.
* Good attention to detail.
